IVDD

You might have seen some dogs in wheelchairs and wonder why they are in that situation. Some of them have paralysis of the legs and can't walk normally anymore because of IVDD. I am an IVDD fighter and I want to bring awareness to this disease. Intervetebral disk disease (IVDD) is a serious condition when a dog has a slip or herniated disk. It is very painful and refers to a neurological problem when the intervetebral disks degenerates. Although it is common to dog breeds such as dachshunds, corgis and beagles, the disease is not limited to those breeds.

Christmas Card 2014

This is the first year I am sending out Christmas cards to my friends. I was going to do it last year but ran out of time. I wanted to mail the cards out to my friends in time for Christmas so I quickly chose pictures to put in my Christmas card. I included Daisy in the card because it's my first time celebrating Christmas with her.

A Day in My Life

Are you curious to know what a day in my life is like? I'm sure you think that since I am a dog all I do is sleep sleep sleep. That might be true on weekdays but on weekends my human takes me along with her.

10:15 am

I start my day with some yummy breakfast. My human gives me soft food mixed with liquid joint supplements. My problem starts after breakfast... I always have a hard time figuring out what to wear because I have a lot of clothes. I decided to wear my Santa hoodie outfit.

I have my own portable heater because I always get cold during "winter" in San Diego.

Christmas is almost here but I know there are some people that are not yet feeling the holiday spirit. It's the most wonderful time of the year so I want to share a few ways on how I get in the Christmas spirit. 

Watch Christmas movies.

TV networks will start showing Christmas specials and movies right after Thanksgiving. I just love getting cozy with my human while watching Home Alone, Elf or any kind of movie that has snow or is set around the holidays. You can also try to get together a bunch of friends and have a Christmas movie marathon. They might have some suggestions of Christmas movies that you haven't seen yet. Don't miss out on the classics because there are a lot of good ones.

Balboa Park December Nights

It's that time of the year again. My human likes to go to Balboa Park December Nights and it only happens 2 nights in a year so it can get pretty crowded. I wanted to come but my human said it's not really for small dogs. My human always sees a lot of other humans bring their dogs to the park but she knows I will freeze. I will probably need at least 2 fur coats to keep me warm because I am always cold. My human said she saw more than 15 dogs tonight and one was even in the stroller.

I was upset my human left me so I got the party started.

I found out about this great deal while I was browsing through my old Instagram photos and surfing the net. I know everyone loves a good deal so I will gladly share it with you if I see one.
